Mayday Pest & Lawn is going into its 11th year of business in the Dallas-Fort worth Metroplex. Over the last five years as the economy in America has declined, Mayday has held strong and has shown a 30% increase.

Mayday's formula for sales success has been simple. Rather than forming huge teams that end up competing with each other, we form one smaller sales team of 6 to 8 reps that can easily work together and not have to contend for hot sales spots. We believe that we can only be successful as a company if you are successful as individuals. Mayday will support you 100% as you pursue your sales goals. We are proud of the opportunity we have to offer and we sincerely hope you will become a part of our team.

Mayday Pest & Lawn is in the residential and commercial pest control and lawn care industry. Our growth is primarily from door-to-door sales representatives like you! Mayday pays top technician wages to attract the best, and this helps make our customer retention the finest in the industry. Great customer retention translates into more money for you! Mayday will fully pay you for more of your sales than any other company as we keep more of your customers happy through the care we provide them.

Free Rent!!!

One of the biggest hangups we have seen people have about Summer Sales is the cost of housing. We understand this concern, because you can easily stay in student housing for around $100 a month for rent during the summer months. In most cases to go do summer sales you will typically pay over $400 a month for rent. Most companies will promise a housing reimbursement if you reach a certain number of sales, but you still have to pay your rent up front. At Mayday, you will have your rent taken care of up front. You do not have pay it and then wait for October to be reimbursed. Your rent will be paid by Mayday every month as long as you (a) work the minimum of 40 hours week that month and (b) sell 25 accounts.
We believe that if you put in the hours of work you will generate many more sales than the required 25 accounts for the bonus, we don't want you to feel like you have to go home due to concerns of paying over $1,600 in rent over the course of the summer. So if you choose to come sell for Mayday, and put in an honest effort you will have your housing costs covered all summer long.

Summer Sales Compensation Plan

The following compensation schedule is retroactive. Meaning that your active customers as of November 30th, 2009 who have paid for a minimum of two treatments will determine how many sales you will be paid for and how much you will be paid per sale. The commissions shown here are based on a $390.oo annual contract value.
We offer service plans that range in price from $340.oo to $630.oo.

Commissions of $50.00 per sale will be paid during the summer after the customer receives and pays for the 1st service. (Commissions will be paid on the 10th and the 25th of each month.) For example, On May 25 you will receive $50.00 for every customer who receives and pays for their 1st service between May 1 and May 15. Similarly, on June 10 you will receive $50.00 for every customer who receives and pays for the first service between May 16 and May 31. The remainder of your commissions will be paid to you on the September 25th for those customers who have recieved and paid for two services on their contract. All remaining commissions will be paid in full by December 25 when it has been determined that the customer is active and has paid for a minimum of two services.
